We saw this problem firsthand at an insurtech company working on their claim adjudication pipelines. Different templates from different hospitals. Doctors wasting precious time on manual document review instead of patient care. Handwritten prescriptions and complex healthcare layouts were breaking the AI systems meant to automate this. That`'`s when we realized something: specialized models fine-tuned on domain-specific data outperformed generic large models for focused tasks. We set out to build the infrastructure layer that would make this accessible to every organization.
